— Overview

What Procurement Intelligence does.

Procurement Intelligence is the notice search at the centre of S7Clear Connect. Notices from development banks, UN agencies, the EU and national procurement systems arrive in one index. You search them in full text and filter by stage, notice type, value, source, country, sector and closing window.

Each notice opens into a tender dossier. The dossier sets the tender beside the context a bid decision needs: country political and payment risk, funding type, sanctions status, related notices, and the notice's Procurement Integrity Risk Score (PIRS). Working tools sit on the same page, including a deadline countdown, a go/no-go worksheet, an eligibility screen, a compliance checklist and an AI first-draft bid response.

Coverage is listed connector by connector on the public data-sources page: the World Bank, IADB, EU TED, UK Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, CanadaBuys, Colombia SECOP II, Brazil PNCP and Prozorro are live, SAM.gov is waiting on its API key, and portals with no clean public feed are named with the reason. Every record is attributed to its source. Inside the app, the notice list states which feeds are populated at a given time. When a source is not yet ingested, the page says so instead of padding results.

— Capabilities

What you can do with it.

The core of Procurement Intelligence, as it works inside the platform today.

Full-text search with facets

Search titles, countries and sectors in plain language ("solar Kenya"). Narrow by stage (forthcoming, open, awarded), notice type, minimum value ($1M+, $10M+, $100M+), source, country, sector and closing window (7, 30 or 90 days). Facet rows show the top countries, sectors, sources and types in the current result.

  • Sort, view and export

Sort by latest, soonest deadline or highest value. Switch between table and card views, and export the filtered view to CSV (up to 5,000 rows) for your own analysis.

  • Saved searches and a 'For you' view

Save any filter combination and choose whether it notifies you. The 'For you' view narrows the list to the sectors in your profile. This is profile-based filtering, not a predictive model.

  • Tender dossier

Each notice opens with the buyer, funding source, value, timeline, country political and payment risk, sanctions status and related notices. Every block shows where its data came from.

  • Decision tools on the notice

Use a go/no-go worksheet, an eligibility and document-completeness screen, a bid ROI view, a compliance checklist that remembers your ticks, a joint-venture partner finder and a cross-border entry-barrier assessment.

  • AI briefing and bid drafting

Generate an AI briefing on a tender, a first-draft bid response (executive summary, win themes, compliance matrix, capability statement, gaps) and a review of your own draft in Response Studio. These run on your own AI key and never invent credentials.

  • Integrity in line

Every notice carries its PIRS panel: a 0–100 risk score with the individual flags and evidence behind it. A score is an inference that prompts review, never a finding of misconduct.

  • Track, share, print

Save a notice, watch it for changes, add it to your bid pipeline, share a link or print the dossier.

— How it works

From source record to decision.

  1. Ingest

Notices are pulled from official APIs, portals and connectors, normalised to one schema and attributed to their source.

  2. Search

Full-text search and filters narrow the index to the tenders that fit your sectors, markets and size.

  3. Assess

Open the dossier to weigh country risk, integrity signals, eligibility and fit before committing bid resources.

  4. Act

Add the notice to your pipeline, put the deadline in your calendar and draft the response.

— Data sources

Where the data comes from.

Official and licensed institutional sources. Every record keeps its source and a link back to the original.

  • World Bank

Procurement notices and project pipeline through the official API.

  • EU TED (Tenders Electronic Daily)

EU public procurement through the official API.

  • IADB

Inter-American Development Bank notices and projects through its open-data API.

  • National procurement portals

UK Find a Tender, UK Contracts Finder, CanadaBuys, Colombia SECOP II, Brazil PNCP and Prozorro (Ukraine). SAM.gov is pending an API key.

See every source and its tier on the data sources page, and how each is scored in the methodology.

— Questions

Frequently asked.

Which sources are live today?

The data-sources page lists every source and its refresh cadence. In the app, the notice list shows which feeds currently populate it, and anything not yet ingested is labelled that way.

Can I export results?

Yes. Any filtered view exports to CSV, up to 5,000 rows, with type, title, organisation, country, sector, value, deadline, status and source link.

How does the 'For you' view rank notices?

Each notice gets a 0–100 fit score against your firm profile, with the reasons shown: semantic similarity between the notice and your profile, sector, geography, value range, deadline and eligibility, less a penalty for high integrity-risk scores. You can add an optional AI re-rank that runs on your own AI key. A fit score is a ranking aid, not a prediction that you will win.

Do I get alerts?

You can save searches with notifications switched on and watch individual notices; new matches reach you in your email digest.
