— Overview

What Open Tenders does.

Open Tenders is the procurement index narrowed to notices still accepting submissions. It uses the same search, filters and dossiers as Procurement Intelligence, set up for the question a bid team asks every morning: what is open, and what closes soonest?

A count of notices closing within seven days sits at the top of the list. Closing-window filters cut the view to 7, 30 or 90 days, and sorting by soonest deadline puts the most urgent tenders first. Each open notice shows a deadline countdown and can export its submission date as a calendar (.ics) file.

Open notices also carry the full tender dossier: eligibility screen, compliance checklist, go/no-go worksheet and integrity score. Teams can decide quickly whether a tender is worth the bid.

— Capabilities

What you can do with it.

The core of Open Tenders, as it works inside the platform today.

Open-stage filter

Show only open notices, separate from forthcoming and awarded, alongside country, sector, source, type and value filters.

  • Closing-window filter

Limit results to tenders closing in the next 7, 30 or 90 days.

  • Closing-soon count

The market strip counts matching notices that close within seven days.

  • Deadline countdown and calendar export

Each notice shows time remaining and adds its deadline to your calendar as an .ics file.

  • Watch a notice

Add a tender to your watchlist to follow it, and save searches with notifications switched on to hear about new matching notices by email digest.

  • Ranked for fit

The 'For you' view scores each open tender 0–100 against your firm profile and says why: text similarity, sector, geography, value, deadline, eligibility and integrity.

  • Fast qualification

Use the RFP-at-a-glance summary, eligibility and document-completeness screen, compliance checklist and go/no-go worksheet to decide quickly.

  • Straight into the pipeline

Add an open tender to your bid pipeline in one step. For tenders published on the platform, you can submit a structured bid directly.

— How it works

From source record to decision.

  1. Filter to open

Set the stage to open, then narrow by country, sector, value and closing window.

  2. Sort by deadline

Order the list by soonest deadline to see what needs action first.

  3. Qualify

Open the dossier, run the eligibility screen and go/no-go worksheet, and check the integrity score.

  4. Commit

Export the deadline to your calendar and move the tender into your bid pipeline.

— Questions

Frequently asked.

How is 'open' decided?

Each notice carries a stage (forthcoming, open or awarded) taken from its source record. The open view shows notices whose source marks them as open.

Can I get deadlines in my calendar?

Yes. Every notice with a deadline has an 'Add deadline to calendar' button that downloads an .ics file.

Will I be told about changes?

Watch a notice to keep it on your watchlist, add its deadline to your calendar, and save searches with notifications switched on so new matches reach you in your email digest.
