— Overview

What Award Intelligence does.

Award Intelligence covers the end of the procurement cycle: the contract award. It brings together awards from the World Bank, IADB and Ukraine's Prozorro system. You can see who is winning, at what prices, from which buyers and in which markets.

The page opens with a debarment cross-reference. Suppliers in the awards are matched against the debarment and cross-debarment lists of the World Bank, AfDB, ADB, IDB and EBRD. A match is a label for review. Matching works on normalised supplier names, so false matches and misses are both possible.

Below that, the award table can be filtered by supplier or project, source, value and competition, including single-bidder awards only. Charts show awards by country, value by source and the value distribution of the current view. Any view exports to CSV as an evidence file.

— Capabilities

What you can do with it.

The core of Award Intelligence, as it works inside the platform today.

  1. Debarment cross-reference

Awarded suppliers are checked against World Bank, AfDB, ADB, IDB and EBRD debarment lists, and matches are shown first.

  2. Search and filter

Search by supplier or project. Filter by source (World Bank, IADB, Prozorro), minimum value ($10K to $10M+) and competition, including single-bidder only. Sort by multilateral first, most recent or largest value.

  3. Market breakdowns

Awards by country, value by source, a value distribution across five bands, and counts of awards, total value and buyers in view.

  4. Country drill-down

Filter the award set to one country from the chart and clear it in one click.

  5. CSV evidence export

Export the filtered view with source, buyer, country, supplier, value, bidder count, award date and source link, up to 5,000 rows.

  6. Award records

Each award opens to a record with the awarded value, evaluation and contract summary, timeline and links to related projects and integrity flags.

  7. Feeds integrity scoring

Single-bidder, repeat-winner and price-gap signals in PIRS are calculated from these award records.

— Questions

Frequently asked.

Which award sources are covered?

World Bank, IADB and Prozorro (Ukraine). The page header shows how many awards each source contributes. Until awards are ingested it says it is running on seed data.

Does a debarment match prove a supplier is debarred?

No. Matching uses normalised supplier names, so it can produce false matches and misses. Treat a match as a prompt to check the official list.

Can I export the data?

Yes. The filtered view exports to CSV, up to 5,000 rows, for use as an evidence file.

Are award detail pages complete?

Award pages combine the ingested award with a structured dossier. Where a field is not in the source data, the page shows a placeholder and does not invent a value.
