Global Procurement, Commerce & Finance Intelligence.

Procurement intelligence, from first signal to delivered outcome.

S7Clear Connect follows public capital through its full arc — the tender taking shape before it is announced, the integrity of who wins, the bid that wins it, and whether the contract was ever delivered. Capital, procurement, and country risk resolved in a single governed view, for the contractors, development banks, and investors who operate where the money moves and the record is thinnest.

7-day trials (60 days for Government / MDB). Account and payment card required; billed only after the trial — cancel any time before it ends. Government & MDB trials need no card to start.

What's live, what's computed, what's next.

Live
Tenders from 10 official connectors (World Bank, IADB, EU TED, UK, Canada, Colombia, Brazil, Ukraine, US SAM.gov); euro-area 10-year yields from the ECB; World Bank and IMF macro; central-bank speeches from the BIS, Fed, BoE and ECB feeds; political-risk headlines from GDELT; sanctions screening against the OFAC, UN, EU and UK lists, populated by a scheduled refresh.
Computed
The nine-dimension sovereign risk score, from World Bank governance and IMF data, with coverage and confidence shown; bid fit scores with their reasons. Most yields, CDS spreads and ratings outside the ECB feed are indicative values derived from that score, labelled as such and never shown as quotes.
Not yet, or not ours to call
AfDB, ADB, EBRD, AIIB, UNGM and AusTender have no clean public tender feed. Feeds depend on their publishers: if GDELT is down we show labelled samples, and smaller central banks may have no speeches. A sanctions hit is a possible match to verify, never a determination.

— Questions

Frequently asked.

Where does the data come from?

From official sources only. Tenders come from 10 live connectors — the World Bank, IADB, EU TED, UK Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, CanadaBuys, Colombia SECOP II, Brazil PNCP and Prozorro, plus SAM.gov. Country data comes from the World Bank, IMF, ECB and BIS; sanctions from the OFAC, UN, EU and UK lists. Portals we cannot read cleanly, such as AfDB, ADB, EBRD, AIIB and UNGM, are named on the data sources page with the reason. Every record is source-attributed.

What makes it different from a terminal?

The join. We link capital flows, procurement, and sovereign & payment risk into one record — so you see whether you'll win a tender and whether you'll get paid, on a single screen.

How current is the data?

It varies by source, and we show it rather than assert it — every source's most recent ingest, with a freshness band, is published live on our data coverage page. Tenders and rates refresh on a rolling basis; sovereign macro syncs less often.

How does PIRS integrity scoring work?

PIRS runs ten transparent, open-contracting-aligned indicators — single-bidder, short windows, threshold avoidance, value outliers, repeat-winner concentration and more. An indicator that can't be computed is excluded, never scored as zero. The full method and weights are public on our methodology page.

Is a flag an accusation of corruption?

No. Every flag is an inference that prompts human review, not a finding of misconduct. The procuring entity has a right of reply, each flag links to the public source record, and a successful contest lowers the score.

What countries and coverage depth do you have?

195 countries and jurisdictions, but depth varies — and we state it honestly. Our coverage page shows exactly which detectors can run on the data actually held for each source, rather than implying uniform depth everywhere.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Corporate and Government plans include multiple seats; Enterprise offers unlimited seats, a white-label API, and a dedicated success team.

How does the free trial work?

Trials run 7 days (Individual, Investor, Corporate) or 60 days (Government / MDB). Individual, Investor and Corporate trials need a payment card and bill only after the trial ends; cancel any time before then. Government and MDB trials need no card: they pause at trial end, and you resume by adding a card or moving to NET-30 invoicing.

Is my data secure?

Single-tenant auth, one active session per account, role-based access, tamper-evident audit logging, and source-attributed records throughout. See our Security page for details.

How are sources vetted?

Every source is classified Tier 1–5 by authority and reliability — official government and IFI portals rank highest, licensed and derived feeds below. Each record carries its source, a confidence score, and a link back to the origin so you can always check it yourself.

— Retire the patchwork

The institutional intelligence layer where capital, procurement, and sovereign risk converge.

Institutions stitch together Bloomberg-style terminals, 195 government tender portals, MDB procurement sites, OFAC / EU / UN sanctions lists, country-risk PDF reports, bond & CDS data feeds and spreadsheets and email alerts. S7Clear Connect replaces the stack — procurement, bonds, central banks, and country intelligence on one screen.

7-day trials (60 days for Government / MDB). Account and payment card required; billed only after the trial — cancel any time before it ends. Government & MDB trials need no card to start.
